Linc is building the first AI-native payroll platform for service firms — “cabinets d’expertise comptable et cabinets de paie.”

Our ambition is clear: replace Silae, the near-monopolistic leader, and capture 20% of all private-sector payslips in France within five years. That means 4.4 million payslips every month — a €100M ARR opportunity.

We believe payroll should be productive, transparent, and empowering — for both the experts who run it and the businesses who rely on it.

What we do

Linc gives payroll professionals the tools to do their best work. Our platform is designed for productivity and scale, combining modern UX with AI-driven automation and native integrations. We help firms:

• process more payslips per expert through AI-driven workflows, integrations, and data visibility.
• deliver better service to their clients through a modern portal designed for HR managers, finance teams, and entrepreneurs
• Be a partner to service firms, helping them scale with efficiency, profitability, and high-quality service

We don’t run payroll for companies — we empower the experts who do. With our software, service firms can focus on high-value advice while eliminating manual work and errors. Linc is already live, running 1,000+ payslips per month with partner firms, and we’re scaling fast.

Where we are today

• Founded in April 2024, Linc raised €4M from Headline (Swile, Mistral, Sorare) and Resonance (Tomorro, Zeliq, Animaj).
• We’ve built our payroll software from the ground up, onboarded our first service firms, and are shaping the product with them.
• From 2026, we’ll accelerate by bringing new service partners on board every month.
